Technical Assistant in Defence Research and Development organization (DRDO),
Govt. of India, under Dr. Jyotirmoy Bhattacharya as Principal Investigator in
Department of Biotechnology, Mizoram University.

Project Title: “Correlation analysis of dependent variables
on biodigester performance”
Junior Research Fellow
Essential qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech (55 % marks or
equivalent CGPA in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Environmental
science or any other relevant disciplines with
NET/GATE qualification) are encouraged to apply.
Desirable: Energetic persons with good analytical skills and
capable of working independently and as
part of a team in the field as well as in the laboratory are
encouraged to apply. Field duty involves
monitoring of biodigesters’ performance, data collection,
recording and analysis.
Fellowship: Rs. 25, 000 per month for first and second year
and Rs. 28,000/- (Rupees twenty eight thousand) for third year with 8% HRA as
per Govt. of India.

Technical Assistant
Essential qualification: B.Sc. with a minimum of 55 % marks
or equivalent CGPA in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Environmental science and 2 years’ experience
of handling laboratory equipments and carrying out laboratory experiments in a
University/College/Research institute of repute are encouraged to apply.
Desirable: M.Sc. in relevant area.
Fellowship: Rs. 17, 000/- per month
